Here are 3 super refreshing summer drinks (non-alcoholic) that are easy to make and perfect for cooling down:


🥒 1. Cucumber Lemon Cooler

Light, hydrating, and crisp!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cucumber (peeled and sliced)
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 tbsp honey or sugar (optional)
  • 1 cup cold water or sparkling water
  • Ice
  • Mint leaves for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Blend cucumber with lemon juice and a little water.
  2. Strain into a glass.
  3. Add sweetener if desired and top with cold/sparkling water.
  4. Serve over ice with mint.

Tropical with a zing of spice.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks or juice
