🍓 Refreshing Summer Fruit Salad





Ingredients:

  • 1 cup strawberries (hulled and halved)

  • 1 cup pineapple (diced)

  • 1 cup watermelon (cubed)

  • 1 cup grapes (halved)

  • 1 kiwi (peeled and sliced)

  • 1 banana (sliced)

  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional)

  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime or lemon juice

  • A few fresh mint leaves (optional)


🥣 Instructions:

  1. Wash and prepare all the fruits.

  2. In a large bowl, combine strawberries, pineapple, watermelon, grapes, kiwi, and banana.

  3. In a small bowl, mix honey and lime juice.

  4. Pour the dressing over the fruits and gently toss to coat.

  5. Garnish with mint leaves.

  6. Chill in the refrigerator for 15–30 minutes before serving.


Tips:

  • Add or swap any fruits you like (e.g., mango, blueberries, orange).

  • For extra crunch, sprinkle chopped nuts or seeds on top.

  • Avoid adding banana too early—it browns quickly.
