Refreshing Green Detox Drink

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup spinach (fresh and washed)

  • 1 green apple (chopped)

  • 1/2 cucumber (peeled and sliced)

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger

  • 1 cup cold water (or coconut water)

Instructions:
