📝 Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe bananas (mashed)
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips (optional, or use raisins/dried fruits)
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon (optional)
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter or almond butter (optional for creaminess)

🥣 Process:

  1. Preheat Oven:

    • Set your oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. Mash the Bananas:

    • In a mixing bowl, mash the bananas with a fork until smooth.
  3. Mix Ingredients:

    • Add oats, chocolate chips, cinnamon, and nut butter to the mashed banana.
    • Stir until well combined.
  4. Scoop and Shape:

    • Use a spoon to scoop out small portions and place them on the baking tray.
    • Flatten slightly with the back of the spoon.

    • Bake for about 12–15 minutes, or until edges turn golden brown.
