Greek Yogurt Berry Parfait

 Ingredients:

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt (low-fat or full-fat)
  • 1/2 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 2 tablespoons granola (look for low-sugar or homemade)
  • 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • A pinch of cinnamon or chia seeds (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Layer Ingredients:

    • In a glass or bowl, add 2–3 tablespoons of Greek yogurt at the bottom.
    • Add a layer of fresh berries on top.
    • Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of granola.
  2. Repeat:

    • Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used.
  3. Add Sweetener (Optional):

    • Drizzle honey or maple syrup on top if you want a touch of natural sweetness.
  4. Top It Off:

    • Sprinkle cinnamon or chia seeds for extra nutrition.
