Ingredients
For the dough (or use ready-made pizza base):

2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon sugar

1 teaspoon dry yeast

1 tablespoon olive oil

3/4 cup warm water (adjust as needed)
For the beef topping:

200 grams ground beef
-
1 small onion, finely chopped
-
2 cloves garlic, minced
-
1 teaspoon dried oregano
-
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
-
1 teaspoon chili flakes (optional)

1 teaspoon black pepper
-
Salt to taste

1 tablespoon olive oil
Other toppings:

1/2 cup pizza sauce (store-bought or homemade)

1–2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

Sliced bell peppers (red/green/yellow)

Sliced black olives
-
Fresh basil leaves (for garnish)
Instructions
✅ 1. Make the dough (if making from scratch):

In a bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit 5 minutes to activate the yeast.

Add flour, salt, and olive oil. Mix to form a dough and knead for about 5–7 minutes until smooth.

Cover with a damp cloth and let it rise for 1 hour in a warm place until doubled in size.
✅ 2. Prepare the beef topping:

Heat olive oil in a pan, sauté onion and garlic until translucent.

Add the ground beef, cook until browned.

Season with salt, black pepper, oregano, basil, and chili flakes. Cook until dry and well-cooked. Set aside.
✅ 3. Assemble the pizza:

Preheat oven to 220°C (425°F).

Roll out the dough on a floured surface to your preferred thickness.

Transfer to a pizza tray. Spread pizza sauce over the base.

Sprinkle some mozzarella cheese.

Spread the cooked beef evenly.

Add bell pepper slices and black olives.

Cover with the remaining cheese.

Place in the oven and bake for 12–15 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly and crust is golden brown.
